Account deletion request
Use the in-app deletion flow when possible. This page explains the process for Alcargo Driver and Delivery accounts.

Overview
You can request deletion of your Alcargo account and associated personal data. Deletion is reviewed by our team and completed only after account prerequisites are met.
Before you request deletion
To protect customers and partners, deletion may be blocked while obligations remain on your account.
Complete or cancel any active bookings.
Withdraw or settle any remaining wallet balance (driver or delivery wallet, as applicable).
Resolve pending top-ups, payouts, or verification reviews if they affect your account.
Alcargo Driver app
If you use the partner driver app, sign in and submit a deletion request from the in-app account deletion flow. Our team reviews the request and permanently deletes approved accounts.
Open the Alcargo Driver app and sign in.
Go to your profile area and open the account deletion request screen.
Submit your reason and wait for admin review.
You may cancel a pending request before it is approved.
Alcargo Delivery app
If you use the customer delivery app, sign in and submit a deletion request from the in-app account deletion flow using the same review process.
Open the Alcargo Delivery app and sign in.
Navigate to account settings and open the account deletion request screen.
Submit your request and wait for admin review.
What happens after approval
If your deletion request is approved, we permanently delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account, except where retention is required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, financial records, or unresolved disputes.
Need help without the app?
If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the address linked to your account. Include your full name, registered mobile number, whether you use the Driver or Delivery app, and your deletion request. We may ask for additional verification before processing.
